Has anyone with the dull aching pain not been able to distinguish where exactly it is coming from?

I cannot specify left-right, it more so feels central near the top of the scrotum where it meets the perineum but hard to tell an exact location.
I don't have an appointment with a urologist to confirm until the summer. The pain started after cycling in 2017. Physical activity and sitting flares it up and it is just a miserable dull ache at most a 4/1.
"hard to tell an exact location" is one of the characteristics of pain from varicocele
Why don't you go to a private clinic and get an appointment tomorrow?
Sounds about right. The pain should come from around the testicle though, even if you can't pinpoint it. Dull, aching, dragging, these are the characteristics.
Yes, same here. Pain seems to radiate from testicles to lower abdomen, pelvis, legs, back. Docs found nothing wrong after the exam and CT scan except for varicocele. The swelling can also affect pampiniform plexus veins inside the spermatic cord in your lower abdomen... it's all connected together and difficult to discern where the pain originates. Good luck! 😀
